Synchronizing with FirstClass Palm Sync
To synchronize information that is new in your Palm device or FirstClass applications:
1 Connect your Palm device to your computer.
2 Tap the HotSync icon on your Palm device, or press the Sync button if using a cradle, and follow the prompts.
 NoteYou can synchronize multiple Palm devices to the same user account, but you cannot synchronize two devices of the same type to the same user account. For example, you can synchronize a Tungsten T5 and a Tungsten TX to the same account, but you cannot synchronize two Tungsten T5s to the same account.
Changing the synchronization defaults
By default, all of the applications for which you have installed FirstClass Palm Sync conduits will be synchronized every time you synchronize.
To synchronize only specific applications, or to overwrite data in a Palm application with data from the FirstClass application (or vice versa):
Windows
1 Start the HotSync Manager application on your Windows desktop.
2 Choose Custom.
3 Double-click the conduit you want to configure.
4 Select the synchronization option you want for this conduit.
To make your choice permanent, select "Set as default".
5 Repeat for each conduit you want to change.
Mac
1 Start the HotSync Manager or Missing Sync application on your Mac desktop.
2 Choose Conduit Settings.
3 Double-click the conduit you want to configure.
4 Select the synchronization option you want for this conduit.
To make your choice permanent, click Make default.
5 Repeat for each conduit you want to change.
